As an actual Philadelphian, I approve! Many Americans think they know what a cheesesteak is and when you try their version it's not even close. This is 100% authentic. It's all about the meat you use, and this guy is using the correct cut. I would like to see the meat chopped more, but that's a preference. Also NO CHIPS !

Definitely not authentic, but man it looks like a killer twist on an American favorite! Other than the chili being an original take, I wonder why Barbeque and Sour Cream & Onion didn't make the list for chip toppings compared to Cheddar and the Truffle variety- maybe just a palate difference between Asians and Americans? Either way, awesome vid!

I'm from philly and I can tell you the way he cooked his sandwich and the quality of the ingredients would put every cheesesteak shop to shame. i've never seen meat that clean served in a philly cheesesteak street-side restaurant

This American gives this top notch chef a Michelin Star! Using beef tallow to caramelize the onions AND doing that FIRST before anything else = PERFECT! Also, the steak he's using is what we call in America " break away steak " which is the best steak cut to use for the Philly cheese steak sandwich. Absolutely superb culinary skill and knowledge!

I was born 10 min outside of philly. I live in the city now. I really respect this man. The meat looks good. I would eat this over a lot of those tourist traps. But i haven’t seen the roll yet. Then ill make my opinion. Why are there beans? 😅

I've never seen anyone make chili like that, but it makes sense if you're using it as a condiment and need to prep a large amount ahead of time. Dude looks on point, glad I don't live near him... I'd gain 100 pounds. Only thing he's missing is sautéed mushrooms, imagine if he scattered a cheesesteak on the griddle with mushrooms then used it to top some fries. Dammit, now I'm hungry.

Looks interesting but these aren't Philly or American cheese steaks. Though impressive for one person doing it all. I would suggest keeping it simple and classic like a Philly or American cheese steak. Lost me with putting chili on the cheese steak. Why downgrade the steak with chili?

as someone whos made thousands of cheesesteaks in Philly, I have to say this guys made a better cheesesteak than a vast majority of people who make cheesesteaks outside of Pennsylvania. I would love to try one of his creations.

I'm from Philly and I would love to eat here. Them cheese fries with bacon ... are making me so nostalgic for the 90s. Man, I've never seen a korean food video where they did American style food justice, you nailed it without trying to infuse all the flavors (it's american fusion in that case!)

Looks better than Genos or Pats. I'd leave the chili off the sandwich though, seems a bit much.

holy crap, as an American, Ive never seen chili on a cheesesteak but its an excellent idea and this food looks amazing! If I ever go to Korea definitely going to make a stop here for lunch
